Moving an organization is a task in itself. Life in any project requires a leader who will focus on all elements of the move to ensure the transition is seamless and well organized with the right people involved at the right time.  As the design and construction portion of a project starts to wind down *(8 months before a move)  Move Manager services start to play a main role in the operational move of the business, the physical move and the decommissioning of a former space.  A Move Manager also keeps employees informed and engaged throughout the process.
